COMMON ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice N.V. Ramana)
On 10.7.2012 as none appeared for the petitioner, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption
for dismissal on 11.7.2012 and as there was boycott of the courts by the Advocates, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was directed to be listed today. Even though the writ petition is listed under the caption for dismissal today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the alleged detenu is with her parents.
Recording this submission, as nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
