ORDER :
This writ petition is filed, seeking directions by way of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents in not regularizing the house bearing No.8-1-332/3/19, admeasuring 260.22 square metres equivalent to 311 square yards in Sy.Nos.16 and 17, T.S.No.10, Block-M, Ward No.13, situated at Aziz Bagh Colony, Shaikpet village and mandal, under BPS application No.292/10/C2/2008, dated 30.04.2008, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to GHMC Act and Rules, with a consequential direction to the respondents not to insist for the LRS for regularization of the above house under BPS scheme.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents that the applications made by the petitioner for regularization under the Layout Regularisation Scheme and the Building Regularisation Scheme, were considered and orders were issued.
In view of issuance of orders by the respondents on the applications made by the petitioner, his grievance is redressed, and in that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents that orders are already issued on the applications made by the petitioner. No order as to costs.
