The short grievance of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal, against the order dated 07-08-2010 passed by the second respondent, and the same is pending before the first respondent, but the appeal has not been decided till date.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that more than two years have been elapsed since the filing of the appeal but the said appeal has not been decided so far.
After hearing the counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
