This writ petition is filed by the petitioners in W.P.No.23359 of 2011, which is dismissed for default/non-prosecution today i.e., 25.04.2012. In this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to respondent Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District to regularize the land in respect of which petitioners were declared as land grabbers. Be that as it is, the matter has been adjourned atleast five times. Even today, none appears for the petitioners.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed for default/ non-prosecution. The WPMP also stands dismissed. No costs.
