Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. Satyanarayana Murthy, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
2. The impugned order of removal is appealable to the VC & MD as stated in the order itself. I do not see any reasons why the petitioner should be allowed to bypass efficacious alternative remedy and approach this Court directly. Learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly submits that the petitioner would exhaust the remedy of appeal as stated in the impugned order.
3. Accordingly with liberty as above, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
