ORDER: (Per NVR, J)
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce one Volivoju Naresh Kumar S/o Bhaskar, who is alleged to have been illegally detained in their custody, before the Court.
When the matter came up for admission today, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner as well as the Assistant Government Pleader representing the Advocate General appearing for the respondents that, after the present writ petition is filed, the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with a criminal case and produced before the concerned Court, which remanded him to judicial custody.
Having regard to the above submission that the alleged detenu is in judicial custody in connection with a criminal case, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
