ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents proposing to deduct insurance premium from the loans that are sanctioned to the petitioners as agriculturists. In compliance with the interim orders passed by this Court, the loans were released without deducting the insurance premium. Therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition at this stage.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petition filed in this writ petition also stands disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
