ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision before the Joint Collector.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this writ petition also shall stand disposed of.
