ORDER:-
Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Government issued G.O.Ms.No.157, Revenue (UC.II) Department, dated 12-3-2012, granting the relief as sought for in the writ petition and therefore the writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As sequel to it, W.P.M.P.No.24383 of 2008 shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
