It has been averred that the petitioner has filed his representation before the respondent on 28.09.2010, but till date no exit orders have been passed by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also referred to the order passed by this Court dated 01.07.2011, vide which, directions were

issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.09.2010, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Learned counsel further submits that till date the respondent has not complied with the said order.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have filed an application seeking extension of time in passing appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, and however, the representation of the petitioner has not come up for consideration.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.09.2010 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. No order as to costs.
