Sri P. Gangarami Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that the counter filed by the second respondent reads that the selected candidate for the post of Anganwadi worker did not join and consequently it has issued notification afresh. In view of this, the petitioner’s counsel says that the matter has become infructuous.
2. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. All the WPMPs are dismissed, as the main writ petition itself is dismissed as infructuous. .
