ORDER:
This Writ Petition was listed on 06.07.2012, on which date, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, it was directed to be posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’ today. In spite of the same, today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears, he is not interested to pursue the matter.
In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
In view of disposal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.19818 of 2011 also stands disposed of.
