ORDER:
In view of letter, dated 12.07.2012, addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is at liberty to come up with fresh application, if he chooses to do so. No order as to costs.
In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.20531 of 2010 also stands disposed of.
