ORDER:
When this writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation appearing for the respondents that subject matter of this writ petition is covered to be allowed in view of common order, dated 30.11.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18777 of 2012 and batch.
In view of aforesaid submission, following the aforesaid order of this Court and in view of the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is allowed and notice, dated 25.03.2011 issued vide Proc.No.LS/785(19)2010MNCL is hereby set aside. However, it is made clear that after adjudication of claims by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, it is open for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation to take steps in accordance with law by following the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in UPSRTC v. KULSUM AND OTHER S[1] . No order as to costs.
