This writ appeal is filed by the appellants – writ petitioners against the order dt.7.9.2012 passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge, in W.P.M.P. No.35806 of 2012 in W.P. No.28112 of 2012, in dismissing the W.P.M.P. rejecting to grant interim order.

At the time of hearing of the appeal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents agreed before us that the State authorities will file a counter affidavit in the writ petition within three weeks, and learned counsel for the appellants – writ petitioners submitted that the writ petitioners will file a reply within one week from the date of filing of the counter. Hence, it is submitted by both the learned counsel that the writ appeal may be disposed of giving liberty to the parties to approach the Hon’ble Single Judge with a request to take up the writ petition for final disposal, at an early date, after filing the counter affidavit and reply.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ appeal is disposed of giving liberty to the parties to mention before the Hon’ble Single Judge to take up the writ petition for final disposal at an early date, at His Lordship’s convenience. No costs.
