of the learned Advocate General had opined that it is a flt case for filing S.L.P, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court through the Government of A. P. Thereafter, the Government of A.P., had accorded necessary permission to the District Collector to file an S.L.P.; the then District Collector, in turn, has requested the Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of india, to take immediate steps to file an S.L.P. However, the Advocate on Record had directed the Government to file a review petition In W.A.No.1178 of 2012, and the same was communicated to the learned Advocate General. Thereafter, the officials were busy with bifurcation work, and could not follow up with the Office of the Advocate General for filing the necessary review application. Subsequently, the District Collector during the review meeting noticed the pendency of this case, and addressed a letter to the Special Grade Deputy Collector, and Revenue Divisional Officer, Saroornagar, to pursue the matter in the office of the learned Advocate General. Hence, there is a delay in filing the present review petition.
