JUDGMENT:
On 09.07.2012 and 23.07.2012, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the appellants. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption “for dismissal” on 30.07.2012. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on two occasions i.e., on 30.07.2012 and 07.08.2012. Today, the matter is listed under the said caption. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellants. Therefore, it is reasonable to presume that the appellants are not interested in pursuing their cause in the appeal.
The second appeal is therefore dismissed for default.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stands closed.
