This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 19-11-2010, in EA.No.4 of 2010 in EP.No.38 of 2003 in OS.No.306 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Divisional
Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam.
At the hearing, Sri Ch.Ramesh, learned Counsel, representing Sri Nagesh Bheemapaka, learned Counsel for the petitioner, stated that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, interim order, dated 16-12-2010, is vacated and CMP.No.7525 of 2010 is disposed of as infructuous.
