ORDER :
Petitioners-tenants preferred the present Civil Revision Petition being aggrieved over the order dated 21.07.2011 passed in R.C.A.No.1 of 2010 by the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.
Heard.
Initially, respondents herein filed Rent Control Case No.3 of 2001 before the Rent Controller-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, under Section 10 (2) (i) of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1961 seeking to direct the petitioners to pay arrears of rent and to vacate the schedule premises and to hand over the vacant possession, which was allowed by order dated 04.03.2010. As against the said order, petitioners herein preferred R.C.A.No.1 of 2010, which was dismissed by the Appellate authority vide impugned order. Challenging the same, present revision has been preferred.
This Court has carefully gone through the orders passed by both the trial Court and also the appellate Court and also heard the rival contentions on either side. This Court finds no merits in the present revision and the impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or perversity seeking interference of this Court.
At this time, learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to vacate the premises. Taking into consideration the said submission and also the fact that the petitioners-tenants are in possession of the schedule premises for a considerable period, the following directions are issued:
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
