3. It is stated in the grounds of revisions that the petitioner/plaintiff – temple represented by its Chairman filed O.A.No.321 of 2009 before the A.P. Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad for declaring him as hereditary member of the founder’s family of the temple. It is also stated that the Tribunal after hearing the matter from both the parties, by award, dated 01.06.2011 allowed the O.A., holding that the petitioner was a member of the founder family. It is further stated that the award was misplaced by the petitioner, but it was traced out on 20.08.2012 and a copy of the award need to be marked in evidence. It is also stated that the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.234 of 2012 to reopen the matter as it was reserved for judgment. Further, I.A.No.236 of 2012 was filed to permit him to mark the document as an exhibit on his behalf and I.A.No.235 of 2012 was filed to recall the petitioner to examine and to mark the award through him. The lower Court by separate orders dated 25.09.2012 dismissed all the applications on the ground that the suit was filed in the year 2004 and the award was passed in 2011 and hence, the petitions were filed at a belated stage. Hence, the petitioner/plaintiff preferred these revision petitions and prayed to set aside the orders.
