as none appeared for the petitioner, it was directed to be listed under the caption ‘For Dismissal’ on 02.11.2012. Even today also neither the petitioner appears nor there is any representation on his behalf.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed for
non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
