CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2951 of 2012
ORDER:
The civil revision petition is sought to be filed for a direction of disposal of I.A.No.303 of 2010 in O.S.No.48 of 2008.
The suit is already of the year 2008 and the interlocutory application was filed in the year 2010. The lower Court is said to have completed the trial of the suit.
Under the above circumstances, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the suit itself within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction at the stage of admission. No costs.
As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
