ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Respondent though served, nobody appears.
2. The subject matter of this revision appears squarely covered by similar CRP.No.2718 of 2012 already allowed by this Court on 18.07.2012 wherein similar application seeking summons to the Divisional Forest Officer was ordered.
For the reasons already mentioned in CRP.No.2718 of 2012 dated 18.07.2012, this civil revision petition is also allowed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
