Order:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 04-05-2012, in EP.No.12 of 2006 in OS.No.31 of 2001, on the file of the Court of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Vinukonda.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for either
parties submitted that the petitioner has deposited the EP amount; that the respondent has withdrawn the same and that in view of the said subsequent event, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, CRPMP.No.3100 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
