CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1027 OF 2012
ORDER:
It is represented that O.S. No.1277 of 2010 on the file of the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, out of which this revision arise, has since been disposed of and hence, the revision has become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
