Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the
matter has been settled out of the Court and the first petitionerwife is living with the first respondent-husband and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision case.
Permission is accorded and the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
