O R D E R:
When the matter had come up for hearing on 24.02.2012, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on her behalf. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. Counsel for the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting with the Criminal Petition.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
