P.Ws.1 and 2 and their relatives gone to the house of the accused at Mangalagiri from Tirupathi, found the deceased in the verandah of the house of the accused and they noticed ligature mark around the neck of the deceased. P.Ws.1 and 2 suspected that the accused Nos.1 to 3 murdered their daughter for the amount demanded by them. Thereafter, P.W.1 gone to the police station and lodged the complaint. P.W.11 basing on the complaint of P.W.1 registered a case in Crime No.173 of 2004 under Sections 302 and 304-B IPC and issued the FIR. P.W.13 has took up the investigation, visited the scene of offence in the presence of P.W.9 and another and prepared the scene of offence panchanama, got the scene of offence photographed, examined the witnesses, requested the M.R.O, P.W.12 for holding inquest over the dead body of the deceased. P.W.12 held inquest over the dead body of the deceased in the presence of P.W.9 and another and sent the dead body to the Government Hospital for autopsy. Doctor, P.W.10, who conducted the autopsy over the dead body of the deceased opined that the deceased died due to asphyxia due to antemortem hanging. P.W.13 arrested all the accused on 17.11.2004 and at their instance recovered the banian and saree used in the commission of offence. After completion of the investigation, P.W.13 filed the charge sheet against the accused.
