ORDER:
This revision is preferred by the petitioners challenging the order of the Special Judge for trial of cases under S.Cs. & S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad dated 08.10.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.673 of 2012 in S.C.No.281 of 2012 whereby the learned Judge dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners herein to permit them to go to United States of America.
This Court perused the impugned order and heard the arguments.
It is evident from the record that the petitioners are facing trial in S.C.No.281 of 2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 324 read with 34 I.P.C. Now it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners’ daughter is getting married by the end of this month in U.S.A. and in connection with the said marriage, they want to leave the country on 12.10.2012 and will return India on 28.10.2012. To substantiate the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners produced the tickets purchased by the petitioners herein.
Considering the above, the revision is allowed. The impugned order is set aside and Crl.M.P.No.673 of 2012 in S.C.No.281 of 2012 stands allowed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this revision shall stand closed.
