When the matter had come up earlier on 18-01-2012, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
