CRIMINAL PETITION No.866 of 2012
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition has been taken out under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., by accused No.1 in Crime No.495 of 2007 of Saroornagar Police Statiion, Ranga Reddy District, to quash the proceedings therein.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the concerned police, reports that a final report has been filed stating ‘mistake of fact’. Such is the situation, this criminal petition to quash the proceedings in Crime No.495 of 2007 does not survive.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
