Further, in fact, on 5.5.2008, having believed the allegations made, A.4 questioned the complainant in the City Civil Court premises as to whether Syed Afsari was practicing prostitution and immoral traffic, which the complainant condemned, which is an example of how his reputation was affected. Further, A.15 in furtherance of his intention instigated A.1 to vacate the complainant, Syed Afsari and her husband from the house in consequence of which at the instigation of A.1, A.2 and A.3 trespassed into the house and threatened them with dire consequences. Further, on 8.5.2008, at about 1.30 p.m also, A.2 and A.3 with the assistance of A.5, A.7, A.9, A.11, A.13 and A.14 trespassed into the house and obstructed Syed Afsari from coming out of it and also attempted to outrage her modesty at the point of knife and thereby caused apprehension in her mind that they would kill her. However, she could escape by pushing them away. Further thereafter she gave report in the III Town Law and Order Police Station.
