The petitioner/A1 is accused of offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 427, 452, 354, 307/109 IPC along with several others. He is described in FIR in two names as A1 as well as A2. All the other accused were apprehended except this person. A1 is leader of the faction which went in aggression to the house of the de facto complainant’s husband for attacking him along with his followers armed with deadly weapons and finding t h e de facto complainant’s husband not in the house, the aggressors trespassed into the house and searched for him and that finally A1 caught hold of tuft of hair of the de facto complainant and beat her and dragged her and that along with A1, other accused namely A3 and A6 also beat the de facto complainant and that when the de facto complainant’s mother came out of the house, she was also dragged by catching hold of her into the road and was beaten by some of the accused. The aggression was led by A1. A1 has been absconding from the village since the date of incident on 08.09.2012.
