Previously this Court by order dated 28.06.2012 in Criminal Petition No.5181 of 2012 dismissed anticipatory bail application of the petitioner/A1. There is no change of circumstances thereafter. Hence this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
In the result, the petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Magistrate and seek regular bail thereafter.
