ORDER
The petitioner is accused of offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 506 IPC. It is alleged that t h e de facto complainant and five others have
purchased plots in S.Nos.12/5 and 12/6 of Patelguda
Village and that subsequently the accused approached them and informed about the said lands being poramboke lands and have to be regularized as per G.O.Ms.No.166, Revenue, dated 16.2.2008 and that the accused obtained Rs.25,000/- to Rs.30,000/- from
each of the six persons for the purpose of regularization and that taking advantage of the documents of the de facto complainant and five others, the accused forged and fabricated an agreement for sale as if they executed the agreement after having received Rs.13,98,000/from the
accused. Apart from the above penal sections of law,
Section 468 IPC is also applicable to the said
allegations.
Having regard to the allegations of forgery
involving valuable properties, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed. The
petitioner is directed to surrender before the
Magistrate and seek regular bail thereafter.
