The complainant is a resident of Mutyalareddy Nagar, Ramannapeta, Guntur District, whereas A2 is a resident of Narsaraopeta, Guntur District. A1 is the daughter-in-law of the complainant; A2 is the paramour of A1; and A3 is said to be a person who purchased the property concerned here from A1. A1 along with her children and the complainant are living together. The mother-inlaw of the complainant executed a Will for the property in the name of the children of the complainant. It is alleged that A1 developed illegal intimacy with A2, as they frequently used to meet in ‘Pearls’ Team business. A1 and A2 in order to gain Rs.10,00,000/- by selling away the immovable property, which stood in the name of Kilaru Anasuyamma, grand mother-in-law of A1, hatched up an evil plan in that context. While things stood thus, when the husband of the complainant, the only legal heir of Kilaru Anasuyamma, fell ill, taking advantage of that situation, A1 and A2 obtained his thumb impressions on empty stamp papers, while they were going to hospital for checkup.
