COMMON ORDER:
Sri V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw these petitions, with liberty to file discharge petition under Section 239 Cr.P.C., before the trial Court.
Permission is granted. Hence, this criminal petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioners to file discharge petition before the trial Court and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
