ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Court seeking anticipatory bail.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners as sought for.
