COMMON ORDER:
When all these criminal petitions came up for hearing on 09.02.2012, none appeared for the petitioners, and therefore, the matters were directed to be posted under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, when the matters came up for hearing, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. It seems that the petitioners have no interest in pursuing the matters.
Hence, all the criminal petitions are dismissed for default.
