CRIMINAL PETITION NO.134 OF 2012
ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.160 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Atmakur.
2. Since Calendar Case is of the year 2007, it is not desirable to keep this petition pending for several years. In stead of doing so, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
