JUDGMENT:
The appeal is filed against the dismissal of the complaint in C.C.No.30 of 1995 on the file of the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad on 19.04.1995.
A private complaint was filed and the lower Court has taken it on file and the process was directed to be paid on 20.03.1995 and 28.03.1995 and there was no representation and consequently the complaint was dismissed on 19.04.1995. The reasons mentioned in the grounds of appeal are not proper and the counsel or the appellant is not present on this day and hence, there is no infirmity or illegality in the order of the lower Court.
Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed.
