COMMON JUDGMENT:
When the appeals were taken up for adjudication, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in connected matters i.e. in Criminal Appeal Nos.17, 49, 51, 53, 54 and 55 of 2006 this Court by common judgment dated 27.10.2011 dismissed all the appeals.
This Court also perused the material on record and also the judgment dated 27.10.2011 passed by this Court in connected appeals.
Points to be decided in the present appeals were already been decided by this Court in connected appeals by judgment dated 27.10.2011 while dismissing the appeals. In that view of the matter, present appeals are also liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the present Criminal Appeals are dismissed.
The reasons contained in judgment of this Court dated 27.10.2011 shall form part of this judgment.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in these appeals, if any, shall stand closed.
