deceased and A.2. at the water tap and in this connection P.W.1 and the deceased together went to the Navipet police station and lodged a petition against the accused and a constable was sent to Ananthagiri to enquire into the matter. As the accused were not available at that time, the constable returned back to the police station and intimated the same to P.W.1 and the deceased. P.W.1 and the deceased returned back to Ananthagiri at about 08.00 p.m. A.1 and A.2, who developed grudge against the deceased, decided to do away with the deceased and when the P.W.1 and the deceased returned back to home, A.1 armed with a knife and A.2 armed with a iron rod, with common intention went to the house of P.W.1 and threatened P.W.1 to leave the house and so saying forcibly pushed him from the house. Later, A.1 and A.2 attacked the deceased. A.1 stabbed the deceased on the back side of her waist, on the stomach and also on the neck, A.2 beat her with an iron rod on her head. On account of which, the deceased sustained severe bleeding injuries and died on the spot. Immediately, the accused left the spot and while leaving the house of P.W.1. Accused abandoned the knife and iron rod used in the commission of offence. On the complaint of P.W.1, P.W.6 registered a case in Crime No.70 of 2005 and took up the investigation. He visited the scene of offence, secured the presence of witnesses, recorded the statements of witnesses, observed the scene of offence, held inquest over the dead body of the deceased, seized the iron rod and knife from the scene of offence along with blood stained earth and controlled earth in the presence of mediators, P.W.4 and another and sent the dead body for postmortem examination. The doctor, P.W.5, who conducted autopsy over the dead body of the deceased, opined that the deceased died due to head injury. A.1 and A.2 surrendered before the Court on 20.05.2005 and they were sent to judicial custody. After completion of investigation, P.W.7 has filed the charge sheet against the accused.
