ORDER:
C.A.No.279 of 2012 is filed by the petitioner, under Rule 100 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw C.P.No.149 of 2011 as the matter has been settled out of Court, and as parties have entered into an agreement on 19.12.2011 in this regard.
Permission is accorded.
C.A.No.279 of 2012 is allowed, and C.P.No.149 of 2011 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
