ORDER:
Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the Official Liquida submits that they will file an application afresh making Smt.Kottak Annapurna, W/o.Narasinga Rao, as respondent in the Comp Application. Learned Counsel seeks permission to withdraw this Comp Application with liberty to file an application afresh.
