A report is now filed stating that this Court, on 24.02.2012, had directed the Official Liquidator to deposit the amount in the “estate and establishment fund” in accordance with Rule 293 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959; and the fixed deposits were withdrawn from Andhra Bank, Kendriya Sadan, Koti Branch and deposited in State Bank of India (Main Branch), Koti.
