Judgment (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Goda Raghuram)
CEA No. 77 of 2012, an appeal preferred by the Revenue under Section 35 (G) of the Central Excise Act, 1944 against the same respondent-assessee as herein (preferred against the common order of the CESTAT, South Zonal Bench, Bangalore dated 25-4-2008, in Final Order No. 507 of 2008) was rejected by this Court, by the order dated 17-9-2012 on the ground that no substantial question of law is involved and on the concurrent findings of fact recorded by the quasi judicial authorities whose correctness is alone in question. This appeal is preferred against the same order in so far as it pertains to Final Order No. 508 of 2008, of the Tribunal.
In the above circumstances and in the light of the reasons recorded by this Court on 17-9-2012 for rejecting CEA No. 77 of 2012, this appeal is also dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.
