CONTEMPT CASE No.464 of 2012
ORDER:
A copy of the proceedings dated 31.03.2012 has been handed over to Sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, across the bar today. This order is said to have been passed in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.32253 of 2011 dated 22.12.2011. It is not in dispute that a copy of the said proceedings was not furnished to the petitioner earlier.
In view of the proceedings aforementioned, it cannot be said that the respondent continues to act in willful and deliberate violation of the order of this Court.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to question the validity of the said proceedings dated 31.03.2012, the Contempt Case is closed.
