ORDER:
The 2nd respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that the order dated 24.12.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.36699 of 2009 in W.P.No.28179 of 2009 has already been complied with and orders were issued on 21.03.2010.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary in the Contempt Case and accordingly, the same is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 21.03.2010, if so advised. No costs.
