ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 05.11.2011, passed in W.P.M.P.No.36604 of 2011 in W.P.No.29555 of 2011.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the above-mentioned order of this Court has since been complied with.
In view of the above, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication and the same is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
